Less then two weeks to go and mommy and baby are doing well. At our doctor's appointment this week everything looked great. I thought they would do an internal and tell me if I was dilated yet, but they didn't. No big deal. The baby's heartbeat was strong, 150. My UTI seems to have gotten better and I should finish the antibiotics tomorrow. The doctor told me that they wouldn't even let me get to my 41st week if I don't go on my own. So that means this baby is coming either way by the 29th of October. With the arrival approaching we have resumed our discussion of baby names, still haven't chosen the "one". Now we even have some new considerations in the mix, so who knows!
My godmother bought us a cherry glider and it arrived yesterday! I can't wait for Chris to put it together. I have been 'nesting' lately. Cleaned the linen closet to make room for some baby stuff on the shelves. The entire house has been scrubbed top to bottom. I am bringing the comforters to the cleaners to be cleaned and am in the middle of reorganizing the master bedroom. Next I am going to wash the clothes, blankets, bibs, and burp clothes so we are ready. I also need to pack my hospital bag; Chris wants to know what I am waiting for. I guess I knew I didn't need it yet, lol. So I will take care of that and the diaper bag in the next couple of days, as we patiently wait for our lives to be turned upside down :-)
